Morgan is our Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. She takes a hands-on, tailored approach to help ease tension, speed up recovery, and keep you moving well. Using massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, and movement therapy, she works with your lifestyle, training, and goals to make sure each session really suits you. Senior Physiotherapist
Keith Dell is the Senior Physiotherapist and Principal at our practice, with over 20 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy. He enjoys treating sports injuries, using manual therapy and dry needling, and has specialist training in vestibular and migraine management. An avid CrossFit participant himself, Keith brings real insight into movement and performance, and has worked with athletes and sporting teams at all levels, from local to elite, helping clients recover, perform, and stay pain-free.
