Julian was born and raised in Sydney, initially completing a Bachelors of Psychological Science, and after a few years of living and working around the world, found his passion and undertook a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Julian has found that his understanding of behaviour and communication are great additions to his Physiotherapy skills.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Julian is a qualified Olympic Weightlifting coach and has a great interest in strength and conditioning and functional fitness including Crossfit. Julian has relocated to Coffs with his wife, to be closer to family and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. View details »
Jess was born and raised in the small country town of Quirindi, 80km south-west of Tamworth. She ventured to ‘big smoke’ of Brisbane to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science before returning to Tamworth where she completed her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and worked within a gym setting for 4 years.

Zade is a Coffs Coast local and is heavily involved in the sporting community in the area. He is a keen rugby player and is heavily involved in both the Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga Surf Lifesaving Clubs as a volunteer on patrol and a key member of the surf boat crew.
After studying at the University of Newcastle he has relocated back to the Coffs Coast to share his knowledge. He has a range of experience in musculoskeletal injuries, gait analysis and biomechanics, sports injury rehabilitation, dry needling and Pilates. View details »
