Emma graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology as an Osteopath in 2010, then completed her Physiotherapy qualification at the University of Canberra mid-2014 whilst working as an osteopath at a physiotherapy clinic. She then worked at a number of private physiotherapy clinics, including at a sports and dance clinics until in 2018 she completed her Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports) at the University of South Australia.
She has a keen interest in sports and dance injury management and prevention, with a focus on exercise-based rehabilitation, building functional strength and resilience.
Emma also works casually at the Queensland Ballet and with adolescent dancers for pointe screening and injury management.
She has also worked with a number of athletes and performers in the past including circus performers, swimmers and rock climbers.

Jan is one of only two Physios in Australia to be awarded the title of Specialist Sports Physiotherapist (sub speciality dance) and has a PhD on low back pain in ballet dancers researched in conjunction with the Australian Ballet team.
Jan has held numerous positions on Australian and International committees for sports and dance medicine and worked at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and 2006 C'wealth games polyclinics. She has been Physio for elite level netball, the AIS and worked for tour seasons with the RNZ Ballet and Australian Ballet and a number of musical theatre productions.

Following a career in Nursing including a coronary care nurse in both Sydney and the UK, Jill completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Institute of Applied Sciences in 2004 when she moved to Queensland.
Since completing her Diploma, she has worked full time as a Remedial Massage Therapist in the fields of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Naturopathy.
Jill’s vast experience includes treating frozen shoulders, headaches/migraines, hip/lower back problems, leg/calf cramps and Plantar Fasciitis (inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes).
During Jill’s time as a remedial therapist she has also gained qualifications and experience in “cupping” and “dry needling”.
In addition to treating many people for injuries or pain, Jill also enjoys looking after her longstanding clients who receive regular massage to maintain better overall physical health and reduce the risk of injury.» View details
Jo has over 20 years of professional Massage Therapy experience.
She has been at Pondera since 2012, and prior to that, worked in a variety of Clinical settings including Chiropractic, Osteopathic, Massage Clinic, as well as mobile appointments.
Jo has a Diploma in Remedial Therapy, a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and an Associate Diploma in Dance.
