 Christopher Aslan

Christopher Aslan

Exercise Physiologist

Sport and Exercise has always played an important part of my life. Following and playing team sports as I grew up, was how I learnt to keep active and in fact grow as a person. In high school I began running my own boxing and fitness classes, for both students and teachers as I always loved exercising in a team. I love group training, and have brought that passion to precision, running various classes within the clinic. My career started as a personal trainer, where I developed a passion to get people moving and increase their quality of life. Since then, I studied Exercise Physiology at UNSW, so I could help people get the results they need in living life to the fullest. I love all forms of exercise, giving most sports a go and trying new things. As I was young it was always basketball, soccer and rugby but recently I have adopted powerlifting, martial arts and crossfit style training. I am results driven and want to see everyone living free of physical limitations, where they can live young, free and happy, just as we did as kids! » View details

Physiotherapist

Hi I’m Mike. I completed my Bachelors of Kinesiology degree in Vancouver, Canada and made the best decision of my life by coming to Sydney to completed my Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. Sport has been a huge part of my life ever since I was able to run. Over the years I have participated in Little A’s, soccer, rugby league and union, basketball, baseball, squash and AFL – making it to the state trials. It wasn’t until I injured my back playing AFL that I discovered what a physio was. Reflecting on my time spent on the physio bed showed me the difference a physio can make. This also meant I had discovered what I wanted to do in life – be a Sports Physio. I completed my undergraduate degree a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong. I then completed my Masters’ of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney and now here I am at Precision Physio. Looking forward to working with you all to not only Live Young, but to find your inner athlete and be the best possible you. I enjoy playing soccer, tennis, squash, basketball and snowboarding. My love of sport started from a young age, where I have gained lifelong friends from the various team sports I played. I decided to become a physiotherapist when I tore my ACL while playing soccer when I was 21. From this negative event, I gained a great respect for my physiotherapist and knew this was the right career path for me. I am excited to begin this new chapter with the Precision team and you. I love being a physio and it makes my day when patients come back with a big smile saying they are better and closer to achieving their goals. I look forward to continuing to help people to feel younger and perform better at whatever they already do or want to be able to do. » View details
