Physiotherapist

Hi, I'm Mike! I completed my Bachelors of Kinesiology degree in Vancouver, Canada and made the best decision of my life by completing my Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. I enjoy playing soccer, tennis, squash, basketball and snowboarding. My love of sport started from a young age, where I have gained lifelong friends from the various team sports I played. I decided to become a physiotherapist when I tore my ACL while playing soccer when I was 21. From this negative event, I gained a great respect for my physiotherapist and knew this was the right career path for me. I am excited to begin this new chapter with the Precision team and you! » View details

 Jessica Phan

Jessica Phan

Physiotherapist

"Hi my name is Jessica and I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. My parents are both from Vietnam, but like many families at the time - they moved countries for a better life. So I've been lucky to have grown up with three siblings of close age who also understand the value of hard work. Choosing a career that fit my lifestyle was important to me. I have always enjoyed running around and playing sports, particularly hockey and soccer. I also enjoy hikes, traveling and am always open to trying new things! I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto before I moved to Sydney in 2016 to complete my Master of Physiotherapy. During this time, I volunteered with the Auburn Youth Program and helped organise basketball, soccer and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for kids after school. I have also volunteered with Royal Rehab where I had the opportunity to work with Physiotherapists treating patients with neurological and post-surgical conditions. I joined the Precision family in early 2018. You'll quickly learn how warm and welcoming (and funny) everyone is here. Sometimes our music tastes clash, but we'll do our best to find something you can enjoy while doing exercises!" » View details

 Kelly Jones

Kelly Jones

Physiotherapist

No matter whether it's in your everyday life or in the sports arena, I chose Physiotherapy as a career to help every person reach their potential and Live Young. I grew up in a small community in North West Victoria where sport was a huge part of community life - I played sport all year around, which included basketball, soccer, swimming and running. There was also such a strong sense of community, and it was so important to look after everyone in the community, from young children through to the elderly. From my experiences growing up, I am really passionate about inspiring and challenging people of all ages and abilities to become a better version of themselves in a way that is important and meaningful for them. When I moved to Melbourne in 2012 to complete my undergraduate degree, my family decided to move with me (talk about commitment!). Amongst my university studies, I did some really cool stuff - I learnt Spanish, and took it overseas with me to do some volunteering in Mexico. I also became a disability support worker, supporting them to maintain independence in their life. I have become an avid bruncher, and have developed a love of keeping active by going to the gym. I moved to Sydney to complete my Master of Physiotherapy in 2016, and here I am at Precision Physio! I endeavour to assist, challenge and encourage each and every person to become their very best, and Live Young. » View details

Sport has been a huge part of my life ever since I was able to run. Over the years I have participated in Little A’s, soccer, rugby league and union, basketball, baseball, squash and AFL – making it to the state trials. It wasn’t until I injured my back playing AFL that I discovered what a physio was. Reflecting on my time spent on the physio bed showed me the difference a physio can make. This also meant I had discovered what I wanted to do in life – be a Sports Physio. I completed my undergraduate degree a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong. I then completed my Masters’ of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney and now here I am at Precision Physio. Looking forward to working with you all to not only Live Young, but to find your inner athlete and be the best possible you. » View details
