Shannon Seaman is a dedicated podiatrist who is passionate about improving her patients' quality of life. Her interest in healthcare and podiatry was sparked after a few days of work experience at Active Foot Clinic. This led her to pursue a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine at Charles Sturt University. Shannon is delighted to be back in her hometown of Wagga Wagga, closer to her family and friends. The supportive environment for clinical skills development and welcoming atmosphere at Active Foot Clinic were the reasons she chose to join the team. With a special interest in diabetic ulcer management and lower limb biomechanics, Shannon is committed to providing the best care for her patients. In her free time, she loves staying active through running and playing netball, and expressing her creativity through painting. Grace is an experienced podiatrist originally from Melbourne who recently relocated to the NSW Riverina area. Grace was seeking a lifestyle change so she spent the past 12 months working in the agricultural industry. Grace returns to podiatry with a passion for helping people. She has five years of experience of sports podiatry in Melbourne, particularly focused on lower limb injuries. As a podiatrist, Grace finds fulfillment in educating and empowering her clients to understand and manage their injuries, helping them achieve their health goals and prevent re-injury. Grace chose to work at Active Foot Clinic due to her alignment with her values of kindness, compassion, and teamwork. Grace has an extensive elite sporting background played competitive football in the VFLW for the past 6 season with St Kilda, Collingwood and is now currently part of the GWS AFLW squad. Locally, she has recently played for the Griffith Swans in their local women’s AFL competition. Prior to sticking with her passion for AFL Grace played elite level tennis and soccer. Outside of work and football, Grace enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and swimming, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the region's cafes looking for the best coffee spot! She feels a strong sense of community in the Riverina area and appreciates its proximity to open spaces and nature.
