I have completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and a Bachelors in Exercise & Nutrition Science at the University of Queensland. My passion for using "movement as medicine" in a holistic Physiotherapy and rehabilitation world led me to complete my APPI certification in Clinical Pilates, of which I love to integrate alongside hands-on therapy into my treatment plan with patients. I also am the Head Physiotherapist for the North Sydney Bears SG Ball and Harold Matt's side. This has broadened my knowledge and experience into sporting injuries in the adolescent population. Whether it be recovering from a specific injury, striving to reach your movement goals or wanting to improve your health, I am passionate about guiding you to achieving your potential.
Interests:
I am an avid tennis player and runner, instilling in me a passion for sports rehabilitation. Further, my experience in the Pilates space has led to a strong interest in Women's Health, both pre- and post-natal.
