Russ is the principal physio at East Gosford Physio and started the business in 1993. He is passionate about helping patients recover from their pain and injuries with both hands on treatments and exercise prescription. He is a Men's Health Physio, helping men recover from prostate cancer and has a keen interest in shoulder pain, hip and pelvic pain.
