Kate is a born and bred Novocastrian graduating from University of Newcastle in 2014 with first class honours. Kate’s passion for physiotherapy comes from her personal experience of years of competitive sport and rehabilitation from injuries. Kate would describe herself as a “Movement Therapist”. She doesn’t look at your injury or malfunctioning part in isolation but rather looks at what caused it to occur in the first place. Kate’s approach to treatment incorporates the whole body and looks extensively into what has shaped your body over the years from injuries, work postures, sport and more. Kate views having an injury as an opportunity to rebuild yourself into a more resilient, robust version, free of physical constraints. Kate treats all musculoskeletal injuries and has a specialist interest in neck pain, lower back pain, headaches and migraines. View details »
