With over 20 years physiotherapy experience managing elite athletes, children and the ageing population, Gemma prides herself on treating each client as an individual and teaching them the strategies to help manage their own pain and symptoms. With the double qualification of exercise physiology and physiotherapy, Gemma is expertly equipped to treat a wide range of clients. She has experience with AFL athletes, Victorian Cricketers, elite level dancers and triathletes along with postural pain related to sedentary work and the ageing population.
