Sophie is an accredited physiotherapist, graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2023. Throughout Sophie’s studies, she worked alongside experienced physios for a variety of sporting teams across Newcastle. Sophie is working in our Wickham clinic and also supports the Hunter Wildfires as one of their sports physios. Emma Rogers is an accredited exercise physiologist who is passionate about empowering her clients through exercise and education. Emma has experience with various musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, and metabolic conditions. Her areas of interests are Women’s Health (pregnancy, post-natal, PSOC, Endometriosis), Osteoporosis and neurological conditions (PD and MS).
Emma completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2016 and holds current registrations and membership with ESSA.

Benn is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). AEP's are experts in physical activity and exercise prescription, with a minimum of 4 years university training.
