Growing up in Mount Barker, Kaila has a passion for providing quality healthcare in regional areas. After spending years training and competing in archery Kaila became interested in understanding how the body moves and the anatomy behind it all. This paired with a desire to help others led to her moving to Perth to study physiotherapy.
In her career, Kaila hopes to empower her clients and build their confidence and function so they can get the most out of life!

Senior Physio
Master of clinical physio (sports)
Monica completed her Physio Degree in 2018 and has worked in Private Practice treating clients with a variety of conditions for many years. Her passion for treating the sporting population led her to go on and study her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy in Sports through Curtin University. She has gained further experience in rehabilitating and managing athletes and individuals with injuries or debilitating conditions, training with physiotherapists who work in elite sport and manage complex conditions. She worked with Perth Glory A-League in her practical experience in the Master's degree. She has also worked with National Premier League players and Australian Rules Football players.
Monica thrives on tailoring individualised exercise programs to help individuals achieve their goals and maintain long term success. Her experience and exposure makes sporting injuries and optimising performance her expertise. She can also assist with pre-season screening for injury prevention and in-season and off-season management. Monica also possesses clinical interests in injuries including ACL, knee, ankle, hip, groin, ankle and shoulder.
