Sarah Craig

Sarah completed her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2019, followed by completing a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology in April 2021 at La Trobe University. Prior to beginning her university journey, Sarah spent years in various fitness and customer service roles and always enjoyed working with people. It is what she was born to do! Sarah wants good health for everyone, and loves to use her up to date knowledge and skills in exercise prescription to help people manage conditions such as diabetes, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular disease. Sarah holds a special interest in exercise for diabetes care, neurological conditions, and female physiology. Her interest in exercise prescription for neurological disorders was the basis for her undergraduate research project, which has since been published in the publication of the neurological society of India. Outside of work Sarah is kept active by her two young children and her love of the outdoors. Sarah loves to use the environment as her gym and does a lot of walking and exploring with her family.
