Dee has since worked in a variety of settings – such as hospitals, aged care and private practice – as well as in several different countries, including Australia, England, Scotland and Sweden.
She has spent the past 10 years in Europe, mainly Stockholm, Sweden, where she had her own practice. Dee was team physio for the Stockholm Exiles rugby team and the national team physio for the Sweden 7s team.
Dee has a lot of experience in sports-based injuries and rehabilitation, but has a broad skill set and enjoys working with a range of conditions.
Dee is qualified in Western Medical Acupuncture and dry needling, a great addition to her hands-on and exercise-focused treatment approach. She also has training in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), which is focused on mobility and working on the strength of a joint throughout its range.
Dee is a mum of two young boys and enjoys getting out for a run, cycle, or to the gym. She is learning to skateboard, recently got her motorcycle license and is committed to finally learning to surf this summer.
