Sabrina Turck graduated in Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 in Brazil, and later completed a Master’s Degree in Science of Rehabilitation in 2019, with research focused on knee injuries, particularly ACL rehabilitation. After relocating to Australia, she further expanded her skills by completing Certificates III and IV in Fitness. Her passion is empowering movement and restoring function. Her clinical interests include both conservative and post-operative management of lower limbs, spine injuries and shoulder injuries. She takes a patient-centred approach, placing a strong emphasis on listening and understanding individual goals and beliefs to personalized rehabilitation plans that get her clients back to doing what they love, using hands-on techniques and exercise-based rehabilitation to assist in patient care. Special interests include: - ACL and meniscus injury rehabilitation (conservative & post-surgical) - Lower back pain management - Lower limb injuries - Functional assessment and return-to-sport programs. A Level 2 Sports Physiotherapist and elite competitive surfer, Dane brings first-hand understanding of the physical demands of surfing, board sports, and high-level training. Dane works with active people of all ages, from youth athletes to competitive and recreational adults. He regularly treats acute and persistent injuries of the shoulder, neck, back, hip, knee, and ankle, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. He also has a specific interest in assessing and managing vestibular conditions causing vertigo. His approach is thorough and evidence-based. Each initial appointment involves a detailed assessment to identify the underlying cause of pain or performance limitation. Rehabilitation is guided through hands-on physiotherapy, dry needling / acupuncture where appropriate, and structured strength and conditioning programs. For surfers and board sport athletes, Dane also assesses movement patterns and technique to support long-term performance and injury prevention.
