Jaina (pronounced Hi-na) is a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist at Physio Group South-West, bringing over 7 years of experience to her practice. Originally from the Philippines, Jaina has worked across a variety of settings, including hospitals, private practice, and as a mobile physiotherapist, which has allowed her to gain a well-rounded perspective on patient care. Since moving to Australia over a year ago, she has embraced the opportunity to expand her professional skills and provide high-quality care to the local community.
Jaina’s approach to physiotherapy is patient-centered, with a focus on keeping her clients of all ages, particularly older adults, healthy, happy, and mobile. She takes great pride in helping her clients regain and maintain their independence, working collaboratively with them to design personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyles. Her broad experience allows her to effectively manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, from post-surgery rehabilitation to chronic pain management.
