"Hi my name is Jessica and I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. My parents are both from Vietnam, but like many families at the time - they moved countries for a better life. So I've been lucky to have grown up with three siblings of close age who also understand the value of hard work.
Choosing a career that fit my lifestyle was important to me. I have always enjoyed running around and playing sports, particularly hockey and soccer. I also enjoy hikes, traveling and am always open to trying new things!
I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto before I moved to Sydney in 2016 to complete my Master of Physiotherapy. During this time, I volunteered with the Auburn Youth Program and helped organise basketball, soccer and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for kids after school. I have also volunteered with Royal Rehab where I had the opportunity to work with Physiotherapists treating patients with neurological and post-surgical conditions.
I joined the Precision family in early 2018. You'll quickly learn how warm and welcoming (and funny) everyone is here. Sometimes our music tastes clash, but we'll do our best to find something you can enjoy while doing exercises!"

I graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and have been working here at Precision Physio since January 2014. Recently, I have been accepted into La Trobe University to being my Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy. I have always been passionate about sports, especially soccer; and I have been playing ever since I was 6yrs old. As a physiotherapist, I have taken a keen interest in assessing, diagnosing and treating hips, you may have seen me on Instagram or Facebook as “Chips_Hips_Physio”!! Being part of the Precision Physio team, I am really passionate about working with people to create greater lives, “achieve their impossibles” and to live young again. View details »
I completed my Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science 2015 and my Masters of Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University in June 2017. I joined the Precision Physio Team in St Marys after interning in October 2017.
I have always had a passion for sports, specifically dancing. I have danced for more than 15 years, in styles jazz, tap, ballet and more, and have also taught many classes at my dance studio including jazz, tap, ballet, acrobatics and special needs. I also love reading books, watching movies, hanging out with my pet poodle, and going out with friends.
I have always enjoyed giving back to people, whether it was through teaching young kids, and now through Exercise Physiology. I love making some ones day and I look forward to helping you achieve great goals!
