Hi I’m Kass! I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. During this time I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clinical populations across hospital, aged care, private practice and research settings, which has reinforced my passion for exercise.
My own training journey in powerlifting and strength training has presented great opportunities as well as challenges and I have learnt a lot about myself, as well as the amazing potential of the human body.
Having worked in a gym for the last 3 years, I love being able to help others to take charge of and manage their health. I can’t wait to start with you on your journey to Living Young!

No matter whether it's in your everyday life or in the sports arena, I chose Physiotherapy as a career to help every person reach their potential and Live Young. I grew up in a small community in North West Victoria where sport was a huge part of community life - I played sport all year around, which included basketball, soccer, swimming and running. There was also such a strong sense of community, and it was so important to look after everyone in the community, from young children through to the elderly. From my experiences growing up, I am really passionate about inspiring and challenging people of all ages and abilities to become a better version of themselves in a way that is important and meaningful for them.
When I moved to Melbourne in 2012 to complete my undergraduate degree, my family decided to move with me (talk about commitment!). Amongst my university studies, I did some really cool stuff - I learnt Spanish, and took it overseas with me to do some volunteering in Mexico. I also became a disability support worker, supporting them to maintain independence in their life. I have become an avid bruncher, and have developed a love of keeping active by going to the gym.
I moved to Sydney to complete my Master of Physiotherapy in 2016, and here I am at Precision Physio! I endeavour to assist, challenge and encourage each and every person to become their very best, and Live Young. » View details

Hi, I'm Mike! I completed my Bachelors of Kinesiology degree in Vancouver, Canada and made the best decision of my life by completing my Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney.
I enjoy playing soccer, tennis, squash, basketball and snowboarding. My love of sport started from a young age, where I have gained lifelong friends from the various team sports I played.
I decided to become a physiotherapist when I tore my ACL while playing soccer when I was 21. From this negative event, I gained a great respect for my physiotherapist and knew this was the right career path for me. I am excited to begin this new chapter with the Precision team and you!

I’ve always been fiercely competitive on the sporting field, while looking to help others when off it. A career in Physiotherapy is the perfect way to combine my two passions!
I graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, having had the unforgettable opportunity to work with orphaned children in Vietnam for 2 months.
With a love for soccer, I’ve also been able to compete at elite levels in athletics and Oztag, including representing the Philippines at the Oztag World Cup.
Watching some of the best athletes from across the world compete gave me a real appreciation of the movement of the human body – we are capable of some truly amazing stuff.
I joined Precision Physio excited to help people to maximise their full potential – you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve! I really look forward to working with you to achieve your goals and help you Live Young.» View details

My journey to become an exercise physiologist started with a box chocolates, given to me by a client who thanked me for helping them to be able to walk upstairs without holding onto the railing for the first time in years. From that box of chocolate, I decided to pursue a career in exercise and aimed at helping as many people as possible to live young.
I completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Sydney and completed a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University. I joined Precision Physio in January 2018.
I’m involved numerous sports such as soccer, futsal, oz-tag and Muay Thai. I have a history of coaching in baseball and soccer and look forward to helping you achieve your goals no matter what they may be!
