Growing up in Wingham and completing his study at Charles Sturt University in Orange NSW, Blake has first-hand experience working with clients throughout many rural and regional areas.
As an active athlete in the field of rugby union, Blake has a unique understanding of the demands of contact sport and training alike. This has stimulated his interests in acute muscle and joint injuries with a particular focus on Hamstring/Achilles pain, ACL recovery, and athletic rehabilitation.
Blake has studied alongside head clinicians in the AFL, ARU, and NRL and has worked with sporting teams at a representative level in rugby league and OzTag.
When not in the clinic Blake enjoys traveling, having worked abroad in hospitals across the Philippines and exploring throughout Eastern Europe.

Her deep passion for health and wellness extends beyond massage, as she also brings her expertise in yoga and meditation to her practice, following 200 hours of Hatha yoga instructor training at Sheeva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh.
With a unique blend of knowledge in sustainability and permaculture, Jyoti approaches health and wellness holistically, focusing on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Nathan brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and real-world experience to his physiotherapy practice. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Southern Queensland, alongside Certificate III and IV in Fitness. This combination enables him to guide clients from pain and injury to strength, performance, and lifelong movement confidence.
Having competed at a high level in professional rugby across Australia and Europe, Nathan understands the physical and mental demands on the body. He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries, focusing on neck pain and dysfunction, and takes pride in helping people return to doing what they love.
Outside the clinic, Nathan enjoys staying active at the beach, always with his three young children in tow. He’s passionate about training for general health and maintaining a balanced, fulfilled lifestyle.
