Growing up in Wingham and completing his study at Charles Sturt University in Orange NSW, Blake has first-hand experience working with clients throughout many rural and regional areas.
As an active athlete in the field of rugby union, Blake has a unique understanding of the demands of contact sport and training alike. This has stimulated his interests in acute muscle and joint injuries with a particular focus on Hamstring/Achilles pain, ACL recovery, and athletic rehabilitation.
Blake has studied alongside head clinicians in the AFL, ARU, and NRL and has worked with sporting teams at a representative level in rugby league and OzTag.
When not in the clinic Blake enjoys traveling, having worked abroad in hospitals across the Philippines and exploring throughout Eastern Europe.

Mihai graduated from the University of Sydney in 2016 with a Masters of Physiotherapy degree. He had previously completed his Exercise Physiology degree while in Canada where he grew up.
Mihai has been interested in physiotherapy since suffering an elbow injury while playing gridiron in Canada. He is grateful for all the help he received and it made him realize he wants to help people in the same way.
He has worked in Canada and Australia with a wide range of populations from elite athletes to aged care facilities. He enjoys working with all population groups and likes to see people get back to doing what they love.

Tamara is the principal physiotherapist at Soulitude Health. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle and is a member of the APA. Previous to the studies at Newcastle she studied dance full time at the Queensland University of Technology. On completion of her studies, she spent five years working in Grafton and Yamba in private practice. Here she undertook a graduate training program to further develop her skills in private practice.

Tamara has extensive experience with musculoskeletal sporting injuries having worked with a range of athletes across all sports. Her special interest is in dance and Pilates. She combines her extensive dance knowledge and history, with training through dance physiotherapist, Lisa Howell, to conduct pre-pointe assessments for local dance schools. Her dance background ties in well with Pilates. Tamara has been involved with Pilates for over ten years and teaching for three years. Her combination of physio, Pilates, and dance makes her body awareness and eye for detail paramount in classes.
Tamara has competed at state level in swimming and north coast level in running and netball. She is a keen runner, having completed the Gold Coast and Coffs Harbour half marathon's in 2011. Victor graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney after completing his Undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science and Nutrition, as well as a Graduated Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling.
After Victor crossed the finish line of his third Ironman in 2013, he realised, battling acute and chronic injuries is not just physical, it is also mental. Despite holistic functional movement base rehabilitation is one of his domain, Victor’s competitive sporting experience has a strong influence towards his diversify physiotherapy approaches. These in conjunction with his knowledge and skills in the combined field of integrative acupuncture, advance dry needling, manual therapy, occupational rehabilitation, rehabilitation counselling, exercise physiology, strength and conditioning programs, sports specific coaching in running, swimming, cycling, and triathlons over the past years have all contributed his holistic approach to injury management and long-term injury prevention.
Victor’s passion for physiotherapy and community health are evident from his volunteering experience in the Philippines in 2016. There he assisted one of the local governments to establish a sustainable community-based rehabilitation therapy program and centre and help children with disabilities stand up again.
Victor has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, knee, back and neck pain, any running related injuries and injury prevention management. He is also an active member and trainer of the Bondi bathers SLSC and continues to train in running, swimming, paddle board and triathlon events. You might find him pushing his bike
