Jason completed his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, he has developed a strong passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and general rehabilitation for older adults.
Jason has witnessed firsthand how powerful exercise can be not just as medicine, but as a holistic tool for improving overall wellbeing. He has worked closely with clients to help them achieve their goals, manage pain, and enhance their functional abilities.

Nikshita has been practising as a physiotherapist since 2016 and is committed to helping clients achieve safe and effective recovery. Her special interests include post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, and managing pain affecting the lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, and hands. She takes a personalised, evidence-based approach to support each patient’s goals. Outside of work, Nikshita enjoys reading, exploring new places, and trying a variety of cuisines. View details »
