Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 1996, Jen has gained extensive experience in a variety of both public and private health care settings in Sydney and Melbourne. Having worked in hospital environments and private practice she is well equipped to effectively treat complex conditions. Facilitating Clinical Pilates has fuelled Jen’s passion for the role of exercise in injury prevention and is clear in her treatment approach. Jen has a burgeoning interest in the place of nutrition in healing, as well as the interrelation of our physical and mental well-being. She feels privileged to use her physiotherapy skills to consult with her clients holistically and develop treatment plans to equip her patients with self-management skills.
Jen has three teens to young adult children who still keep her pretty busy. She loves to go to the beach, bushwalk and cook up a storm.
