Olivia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie. Her face may be familiar to Olivia, having attended primary and high school in the Nambucca Valley. During her schooling years, Olivia was involved in a range of different sports at a competitive level, including swimming, cross country, athletics and netball. Olivia’s passion for sports fueled her interest in working with athletes and assisting them with their rehabilitation.
These days Olivia is an eager runner, having already completed a half marathon and currently training for the Gold Coast Full Marathon 2023. Olivia’s passion for staying active transcends into her treatment style, where Olivia endeavours to assist athletes and all patients in creating and maintaining an active lifestyle post-injury.
Olivia also has a keen interest in Pilates, having been fortunate to be involved in Pilates at Soulitude Health for the last 2 years.

Brady completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University, Port Macquarie. Brady is a Mid North Coast local, born and raised in Pappinbarra. Growing up, he was heavily involved in sport having played Rugby League, Union, Touch Football, and Cricket at various levels.
Through involvement in multiple sports, he has gained a passion for musculoskeletal conditions, particularly shoulder, knee, and ankle rehabilitation. Brady believes evidence-based practice, as well as appropriate exercise prescription and strength training, are fundamental in achieving successful patient outcomes.

Sam is a local Nambucca Valley boy who grew up in Bowraville. After completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Southern Cross University, Sam decided to become a physiotherapist and completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie at the end of 2022.
Sam is an avid sports fan, particularly Rugby League, and plays for the Macksville Sea-Eagles. His sports experiences and injuries have attracted Sam to musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular interest in shoulder and knee injuries. Sam is passionate about returning athletes to their sport after injury and maximising their performance.
In his free time, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, exercising, playing guitar and cooking.
