Brady completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University, Port Macquarie. Brady is a Mid North Coast local, born and raised in Pappinbarra. Growing up, he was heavily involved in sport having played Rugby League, Union, Touch Football, and Cricket at various levels. Through involvement in multiple sports, he has gained a passion for musculoskeletal conditions, particularly shoulder, knee, and ankle rehabilitation. Brady believes evidence-based practice, as well as appropriate exercise prescription and strength training, are fundamental in achieving successful patient outcomes.
