Sebastian graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He is passionate about helping people to overcome injuries and return to living an active and healthy lifestyle as well as facilitating ongoing injury prevention.
Sebastian has a particular interest in weightlifting for strength and hypertrophy, frequenting the gym 5-6 times a week both recreationally and for performance. He has also played soccer for over 10 years in which he has suffered and overcome many injuries himself and spent hours as a physiotherapy patient in his younger years, stemming his interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Dean is a generally registered psychologist with an interest in sport and clinical psychology. Dean has had the opportunity to practice in education settings, private clinics and professional sporting organisations. His practice involves building the client’s sense of self through therapeutic intervention such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness to work towards improving wellbeing and performance. View details »
Ayrton graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2021. He strives to help people get back to doing the things they love, as well as promote an active and healthy lifestyle.
He has worked as a sports trainer for Beaumaris Football Club and has an interest in managing sporting injuries acquired in both recreational and competitive settings. Ayrton has personal interests in athletics and weightlifting, as well as the application of high-speed running mechanics in field sports, being a recreational sprinter himself. View details »
